Ingredients
Caramel Apple Nachos
- 4 green apples
- 1 cup vegan caramel sauce (240 ml)
- ½ cup chopped nuts (55 g)
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (80 g)
Instructions
- Wash the apples and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Slice each apple into 8 pieces and arrange them onto a large serving platter.
- Heat up the vegan caramel sauce in the microwave or on the stove. Thin out with water if needed.
- Drizzle the warm caramel over your apple slices and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Serve immediately!
